Statement of Practice Summary:

As a modern practice, we strive to meet the legal needs of clients in all sectors but place specific emphasis on six main areas – property law, litigation, corporate law/ commercial law, family law, patent and trademark registration, prosecution, and litigation. Within these practice areas, the firm’s work includes Property acquisition and registration of title, landlord and tenant, corporate and commercial law, matrimonial matters, wills and probate, investment law, employment law, insurance law, debt recovery, and immigration.

Fees:

Clients may opt for a retainer arrangement, contingent fee arrangement, or an hourly billing arrangement. All these are negotiable and within the rates approved by the Ghana Bar Association.
